Art with the Fundació Suñol

The Glòria Soler Foundation collaborates strategically with the Fundació Suñol, an entity dedicated to the dissemination and promotion of art that has one of the most important collections of contemporary art in the entire State, with a fund of more than 1,000 works by 250 artists. Together with the Glòria Soler Foundation, they work to disseminate contemporary art and bring its values ​​closer to society.

The Glòria Soler Foundation supports the Torrents d’Art initiative, a programme run by the Mental Health Department of the Sant Joan de Déu Health Centre and the Obra Social Sant Joan de Déu, whose goal is to articulate ongoing dialogue between art and mental health by involving the health centre’s users. It also seeks to establish alliances with other collectives distinguished by their vulnerability, other diverse communities and members of society in general.

Project ARI

The Glòria Soler Foundation contributes to the fight against leukaemia by supporting CART (Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell) therapy, and through its Project ARI at the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona. The collaboration of the Glòria Soler Foundation was essential in initiating clinical tests in the first patients. With the help of many other contributions, this ensured that the treatment would be available in the Spanish public health system. In this way, furthermore, the Hospital Clínic was the first public hospital in Europe to offer the technology, paving the way for its use in other health centres.

Pediatric Palliative Care Program

The Glòria Soler Foundation, in collaboration with the Obra Social of Sant Joan de Déu and the Sant Joan de Déu Hospital in Barcelona, has contributed since 2015 to the consolidation of the Paediatric Palliative Care Unit at the hospital, as well as the PRINCEP programme.
